Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return request should be made within 48hours of your purchase. Please send the return request through your account on a website, application or on contact no. Since we’re a small company with a hygienic product, we can’t have an open-ended return policy.

REFUND

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product to validate the reason of the return. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please check your bank account after some processing time which is usually 2-5 working day after refund is done.

Cancellation

Cancellation prior to shipment: You will get a full refund only when the order is canceled before it has been shipped and the refund will be done within 2 to 5 days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation post shipment: If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please contact us on the website, application, contact number, Or at info@franciscofoodstuff.com and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once the order is received back by us, we will refund the money paid by you.
